    I understand that the 93 Cobra used a taller hat on the frt brakes but that does me no go because there 4 lug. I did a google search and found one pic of a 93 cobra r front brake and it looks to be the same as the 94 cobra.

    If you dare to use the Lincoln Mark7/SVO axles, they are 1 1/4" longer than stock. You will have to run special offset rims in the rear with 8 and 9" wide wheels. Some of the OEM 17x8s on the Saleen mustang work, but it is tight. You will need to do some major fender rolling here in the rear...

    on my old 93 i had D&D set up my rear-end. They only charged me $260 but that was many years ago. If you live in South East Michigan I highly recomend D&D. Very fast and friendly... I had the gear set before i went there. they only installed the gear set i took them.

    Ok, that makes sense. Now the qustion is how do i get the frt end to have the same width as the back? I'll be useing an old 93 cobra rear axle. Spacers are out of the qustion also.     How much wider? wider is fine because the rear axle is wider also. I'm trying to avoid the wide rear and skinny frt. I don't want it to look like a mail truck.

    Water pumps can be done for less the 50 bucks if you do the labor. On the trans just replace the cable and see what happens. What are you paying for the car? I would'nt drive it to long with the bad cable.

    Wow how things must have changed. All but one of my friends drove mustangs. Few of them had some pretty sweet mustang 2's. Only the Italian guy drove the Iroc-Z. I remember cruising main street in Plymouth Michigan and every other car was a 5.0 mustang of some year. Those were that days i guess.

    I don't understand. Are yo looking to swap over your turbo coupe 4 lug disk brakes to a 5 lug disk brake? If so i belive the SVO or the Mark 7 rear rotors. Are you running the stock mustang 8.8 with turbo coupe rear brakes or does it have the whole turbo coupe rear axle?

    I had a c&l on my old 90 with that garbage ass march ram air kit. It would run rich and and spark knock with anything less the 93 octane and in the winter it would spark knock all the time. After some playing around i used the stock air box with just the scoop for the ram air and it helped alot...

    Sell it and buy an 89 if you don't want airbags. Other then that i belive the light will come on. What are you trying do? what is the point of removing the airbag?
