    that picture is actually fuel injection. Hilborn style. look closely the blue thing in the middle is the fuel rails and you can see part of one of the injectors.

    How many teeth on the drive gear?

    some of them according to some people have a 7 tooth but it is most likely an 8 tooth. if the driven was an 18 it was an 8 tooth drive. if it was 16, it is a 7 tooth drive.

    Hey check this block out..

    hmm. i guess you should have circled these for him. lol its the part of the block where the top two bellhousing bolts thread in. towards the back of where the valley cover/intake manifold would be.

    individual throttle bodies?

    those are probably weber throttle bodies or a hilborn injection set up. thats for massive CFM and having the throttle plates that close to the head is supposed to icrease throttle response. thats more for a retrofit for a carbed motor or for show cars. i dont think you would get a dramatic power...

    we're putting 3.73s in it almost immediately after the trans gets put in. i drove all over saterday and most places said they could order it. others said they wont even bother. how much does the drive gear usually cost? the last time i bought a driven, i think it was like ten bucks.

    thanks, thats what i did. its all together now except the tail shaft housing. i didnt get the speed gears yet. i already had a manual downloaded from tremec but the picture was crappy and it didnt say how to put it on other than "the same way it came off."

    the slider part of the 3rd/4th synchro assembly has more of a bevel on one side than the other in my t5. i forgot which side faces the front of the transmission. please help. im very close to putting the thing together

    it says "Fel-Pro R.A.C.E. (Remainder to Assemble Complete Engine) Sets include the gaskets that can change from application to application which may include: rear main seal, water pump, fuel pump, oil pump, timing cover, and thermostat gaskets." so what about the head, intake, exhaust, etc...

    True, they would have it, but i need some other things from jegs, such as the rear gear installation kit and some other things, and they have the same handling charge. Plus, they wanted more than jegs charges. the jegs part is 720-7121, in case you were wondering

    I will be changing a cam in my friends car, and we were wondering about getting a complete gasket kit. Jegs has one for 302 up till 91. Why not 92, 93, 94, or 95? Where can i find a gasket set for it? Looking to change the cam, port and polish heads etc. etc. etc. march 13.
