Idle problems/stalling since 30lb injector swap

Same thing here, but I experimented and got lucky I guess. I reset EVERYTHING, Base Idle (I think the Base Idle helped more than anything), TPS, O2 sensors, timing, computer, everything. Runs pretty good now. Next I'm installing an A'pexi S-AFCII to fine tune the fuel mixture. If neeced...

larger than stock fuel pump yes or no?

For an extra $10 you can get the 255lph pump. That gives you plenty of up room in the future! The swap is fairly easy, just make sure you have a friend or two helping with dropping the tank. Also, your fuel gauge sending unit should be due for replacement. Might as well spend a little extra...

    oil pressure?

I think I can tell you what is causing this, not having oil changes regulary and using good oil. I've seen this lots of times, and performed a cheap fix dozens of times that has worked 90% of the time. Here's what happens. Cheap oils break down and become varnish and sludge much faster than...

What exactly does bumping the timing do??

Yeh, I'd say 12* is just right. Some guys like to shoot for 15*, but I'm sure how long their engines will last... I ran 12 on my last motor and it lasted for over 200,000 miles and still looked good when it was taken apart! Except for the bushings and rings of course...

What exactly does bumping the timing do??

That is not always true. On lower compression (stock) engines 12* to 14* is right where you want to be for best response. What this does send voltage to your spark plugs earlier in the compression stroke. As you mod your engine and add compression you'll find that your timing is best set more...

    180 or 160 thermostat

I run the 160 myself. I've heard people argue both ways, but since I'm running higher compression and generating more heat I wanted to be sure I had full flow after 160.

Did you go through and make sure your Base Idle and TPS settings were correct? When was the last time you cleaned your TB?

    3 row radiator

Call summit racing. I didn't see mine advertised, but they had a direct fit radiator for my Stang. It's NICE and was like around $200 or $250 I think. It's also much better than the 3 core I had in there earlier!
