    Nitto 555xtreme question...

    They hook alright at the track. Obviously not a DR so don't expect that. They spun a little through second, but I have more power than you do, too. I would definitely recommend them.

    Supercharged Emblem Location

    Unfortunately, the superchargers aren't that loud on the new mustangs. The only ones that you can really hear are the Whipple and the Procharger. The KB and Saleen's are really quiet and the Vortech is also really quiet. It's not like the 03 cobra's :( My vote is for the hood if you do it at all.

    Wider is not always better. I don't care what your book says. You go to wide and you lose any gain that there was in traction with a massive loss in acceleration. You want to go with a wide enough tire and enough sidewall, too. For the most part, the more sidewall, the better for drag racing...

    I run 93 only. But I sorta have to. 3.37 for regular or 3.57 for premium. It's not that big of difference, really. Especially since I only fill up about once every 2 weeks.

    Headlights is worse, by far. The diesel smoke will go away and smell will go away. Blinding can cause a serious accident.

    I went to the track yesterday after putting the whipple on my car. Mods are in the sig along with HP. 10lb belt pushing 12psi 460/456. I was in 100% street trim. Back seat, spare tire, jack, papers in the back seats, **** in the floorboards, book sack in the trunk, 18" FR500's (heavy as balls)...

    trust me, the fit and finish of the a pillar pod is fantastic and it looks fantastic. I honestly wouldn't buy any other gauge pod because basically it's just an overlay and looks tacky.

    www.speedofsoundllc.com replaces the entire A pillar and it matches the factory texture and color EXACTLY. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Definitely. I wouldn't buy any other A pillar pod. Cobalts only come in blue. The nexus line up can change colors but they are expensive as hell.

    Contact Eric Brooks (that's the screen name) on Modular Fords. He does his own custom tuning and actually tweaked some of the JDM tunes for his wifes Saleen S/C mustang. He would most likely be willing to help you out with any tuning issues or some tips and tricks.

    It wont necessarily be a detriment to your acceleration. You wont spin as much. It will just hook and go so actually, you might accelerate faster. But yes, it does improve your handling, too.
