    Looks like the water pump is being underdriven. That water pump pulley is larger than the crank pulley. Need to put stock water pump and crank pulley's back on.

    Looks like you need about a 6.150 pushrod to get the roller tip centered on the valve stem. That should also narrow up the sweep across the top of the stem.

    Yes 20 psi But it is a Dart Iron Eagle block and all the good stuff inside. The engine should be good to 30-34 psi, so 20 is not really straining things at all. I also run E85 from the barrel. Pretty big tuning window. I have never had a issue sticking a new belt on and hammer it right away.

    GM fuses their main battery power cable going to the starter. It is a 450 amp fuse at the battery. We have seen some blow. Usually when the starter seizes up.

    That is a plug for an oil galley. It is not used once the block was finished being machined. Sometimes that plug can seep oil. I see no reason why you should not seal it with a RTV sealer. It just insures that you don't have a potential leak down the road.
