    I was trying to follow one of the Maximum Motorsports suspension package -- so I installed Tokico Illuminas and H&R race springs. After a year or so of rough ride -- I was wondering if anyone is running the Sport Springs an a convertible.

    Mid pipe for BBK long tube headers?

    Im currently running BBK X-Pipe. They didnt line up as well as my h-pipe. Also, they didn't come with hangers (Welded on) like the h-pipe did. Both had cats.

    Feels pig rich....

    tailpipes are black, dont have gas smell most of the time, but has that same feel as when it was running fat. Crappy idle. Lack of power. sound of exhaust.

    ... but the plugs look just right. What could cause this. I would think that if the plugs look good -- the a/f would be right. Am i missing something? Ive turned the tweecer to stock tune to make sure its not it. Timing is stock. I have had to add some water to the radiator lately. Thanks

    IMHO That Lokar Flexible stainless dipstick tube is a piece of ****. It might be flexible but it doesnt mean that the dipstick is going to go in without major manipilation if you have much of a bend in it. I would not recommend one of these to anyone.

    BBK Catalytic Converters

    Any one else have any trouble with the combs breaking up on BBK Cats. Ive gone through 2 sets in 2 years. Starts rattling and when I take em off, big pieces fall out. I don's drag race and most of my driving is to and from work (about 15 minutes each way). Car is lowered and a bit stiffer...

    I would think that it would probably be a good idea to have the cushioning replaced at the same time.

    what gauges should I get??

    I put in a water temperature gauge and an oil pressure gauge (both electric). I installed a replacement thermostat housing that had a place for a sensor. I then followed one of the many articles on installing dual oil sensors (with parts from home depot). So now both sets of gauges work.
