    Our cars sound the best with chambered mufflers. End of story. That Bassani exhaust you refer to above has a chamber in it to assist with exhaust scavenging which subsequently creates some tone.

    I checked the back of the heads and I think one hole might be plugged and the other might not. I'm going to try and have the shop that installed them take a look at it. Now if I end up sealing them and the problem still exists, are there any other possibilities for the smell?
