    I pulled my plugs yesterday and saw 3 of the 4 plugs on bank 2 had white crust on them. first of all, is this coolant correct? any ideas what to check first before i pull the manifold? :(

    i really like my mustangtuning catted x. i get lots of compliments on it. sounds great with flows, not too loud but sounds sweet IMO. :nice: and its the cheapest catted mid-pipe out there.

    you can ditch the plastic box and still use the drop-in. get some sticky padding and put it around the base of the filter. then just use the metal clamp to pull it against the round backing after the maf. i know it sounds ghetto rigged but, eh, it works.

    if u want to feel an honest difference, drop the entire airbox completely and get a 9x4" open filter. i honestly felt a difference over just a drop-in and removed silencer. quite surprising actually.

    i hear that a smaller gap is better for headswapped cars due to the added compression. i was told around .04" or slightly higher is good instead of my .054 now. what do you all think? also, i picked up some regular copper autolite 764's. is this ok? or should i switch to a colder plug? thanks!

    mine leaked because i didnt seal it in the right spots. i'll find a pic of mine and post it to show u exactly where to seal. as for the drying. just leave a dab of it outside in a dry spot and see how it cures.

    i will get a pic to you as soon as i can. but from looking at the pics in the link. my drivers side pipe is outside farther, and hence hitting on the outter edge of the crossmember.
