    As I understand it, we have two-piece driveshafts. Why? I thought only trucks with really long drive shafts needed two-piece to keep from whipping.

    Where would I find a graph that shows the hp and torque curves over the rpm band for the stock GT 4.6 engine? I find knowing this info helpful in pulling hills relative to what gear to use to be in the torque sweet spot. I don't like to lug engines. Tx.

    Seems like you could really lub the engine going to such a high gear ratio. I just bought a new 08 with optional 3.55 gears and so far they seem ideal - of course I'm not tracking it either. They might not even make gears that high for this car......
