Good deal. I have several options at my disposal depending on how far I want to let someone run before I want to ruin their day. That's assuming I don't want to let my two German shepherds get some exercise first.

Gasoline is what is at a premium right now and probably will be for the next two weeks. I would hope that anyone that has stayed has their tanks full and some extra on hand.

The time to bug out was 2 days ago. By and large anyone still here is in for the long haul. I was telling a friend that decided to stay in South Florida that the storm is the easy part. It's the 5-10 days without power where food and water run out where it gets sketchy. I don't expect that...

Only thing I'm worried about is falling trees. Gainesville won't let us trim much less remove nuisance of threatening trees so there's usually a lot of tree damage during a storm. Other than that I plan on jamming on my PlayStation and long as the power holds out.

I don't Think you're going to pull this off without a standalone. Probably a big reason this isn't a popular swap.

I just hate the 3.8. If it didn't mean even more work for you i would say a 2.3t would be the better motor, but since this one is at your disposal i look forward to pics.

Not a fan of the sc motor. Unless the allure of the path less travelled is what's calling you, then once you're on it you might see why others don't swap that engine too often.

Scored Some Staggered Pony Rs, What Size Tires?

Unless you are ready to do some serious rearranging out back dont do 315s. Biggest I'd run and not have to worry about contact with upper shock mount is 295. Sounds like someone confirmed that275 will fit that rim fine. A 275 will provide all the traction you need. Anything bigger just makes...

Seems clocked over petty far to me. I have seen guys grind a little off the arm to keep from rubbing. Do so at you're own risk.
