    ditto that, at your coil you should have a grey plug that was unplugged from the coil and plugged into a jumper wire to the ignition box. Remove that cable and plug the plug directly into the coil and test for spark. Jamie

    Off topic, but I don't think the 1250's really care. The silicone bead was applied to allow the intake gasket to be reused. Only problem is if you don't use a coating of never seize the dang things tear apart anyway... Another oddball thing I've found is car with gears (3.73's , 4.10's)...

    Yes, I've done a few with the synchro'd reverse. Usually '93 up with the pocket bearing between the input and main shaft also have the brass synchros for fifth and reverse. It's still not the greatest setup... Jamie

    Cats can not be removed until 50,000 mile of vehicle life. Most states require them for inspection or have emmision testing that pretty much requires them. JAmie

    IMHO if the CAI didn't make an improvement over a stock box / tubing setup then your engine combo pretty much sucks... Flame away... Stock box design to get air from the filter to the TB as cheaply as possible without allowing inlet noise to be heard at WOT or 55mph driveby testing...

    88 GT HO Heads on an F-150?

    If he's a buddy, give them to him. BTW, the T heads on your stang are truck heads. Check the #4 or #8 exhaust port corner of the head where the valve cover wraps around, should have a T cast in the housing. Jamie
