    Vacuum Leak...

    By cutting the cats do you mean taking them off and replacing them with a pipe or do you mean gutting them? The computer should have no idea that you've done that. I think 94+ had 02 sensors behind the cats though.

    Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. I understand that it lets air escape, but can't air escape anyways, through the hose under the cap that leads to the resevoir? I guess I just don't understand the whole air thing... If it escapes through the thermostat, where does it get out of the system?

    Thanks for the responses. So assuming I got a cobra manifold, would it be beneficial at all to port the lower at that point? Or do you port the lower of a cobra once you have done other things? I would think that it might make it too wide and kill flow, since it would be wider than the ports...
