Well its like turbos, but not as extreme. A lot of the blowers out there with higher models are different chiefly in efficiency, meaning they have a better ratio of power output than the other models because they drain less power at the same boost levels.
13psi on blower a can make +110hp...
The point I was really trying to make with this sticky was I wanted people to find answers to their questions as quickly as possible. I know when you come in from outside after banging wrenches for hours trying to figure something out, it would be nice to search and find exactly what you need...
10:1 is too high man, I dont think 6psi is safe, honestly. Your way way too high on compression, whoever built that motor did not intend on boost, they built it for juice.
Ford is the only throttlebody that I KNOW dosent whistle, accufab was the next best.
I have a ford throttle body, over the cam, roller rockers, blower, and fans, I dont know if it whistles or not, but I dont think it does.

C&L's are total crap for anything but mild NA setups, from my experience, once you start flowing alot of air, that stock maf sensor cant keep up and it has mucho problems.
Pro-M is the choice you should go with, good quality.
