    This is a terrible idea. To do anything with a resistor you would have to solder it in, and probably somewhere in the wiring harness or chips or somewhere. If this were the case then a programmer would do the job. So spend the money if you really want to have horsepower. HP=MONEY so dont expect...

    i think this can be successfully done w/ an Xcaliber 2, but not for sure. Other than tuning, it is illegal to disable the governor, in MO at least.

    Throw a couple stickers at it before you do. I've heard if you remove the emblems off of the side, the aerodynamics increase, giving you up to a 30% decrease off of your quarter mile time...
