347 Users..How Do you Like it?

I run 30 pound injectors on my setup. They seem to be a perfect match running only at 50-60% duty cycle at WOT. As for going across country, I wouldnt think twice about taking mine on a road trip (well other than the no AC and windsheild wipers :D ) I have an Explorer for a daily driver now, but...

347 Users..How Do you Like it?

Since having the 347, I wouldnt go with another motor. It made almost 400/400 at the wheels on the motor and ran 11.99 @ 117mph with no nitrous. On a 100 shot it went 11.56 @ 124mph and I drove it home 90 miles from the track. I drive it everyday and there are no cooling problems, only traction...

Anyone using 1 3/4" Long Tube Headers in a 94-95? Advice needed...

I have BBK Fox 1 3/4 headers on my 95. The only issue is the clutch fork hits the drivers side header, but its nothing a cutting wheel couldnt take care of. Other than that they fit perfectly.

    Ashtray Switches

Anderson Ford Motorsports sells them and I think Painless Wiring does as well.

    Alignment Question

Before you drop a bunch of money on bushings or other expensive parts, have your tires balanced. 99% of the time a shake in the steering wheel at highway speeds is balance related. I work at a tire shop doing alignments and front end work and I see this kind of thing everyday. If it turns out...

got the back brakes done yesterday

I have a kit from Matco for actuating rear calipers that make rear Mustang brake jobs a breeze. I did a set the other day and it only took about 30 seconds per side to compress the rear calipers :nice:

    maf??

The first answer was almost exactly like my answer to this question on the Corral. :D Just because it smells like its running rich doesnt mean it is. When I had dumps on my car it smelled rich, but on the dyno it had a 13.4:1 A/F ratio. With tailpipes on, it was fine. Lets put it this way. If...

    3000GT vs. 95 GT

3KGT VR4's arent that fast. They weigh close to 4000lbs and run a low 14 stock

    Heeeeeeeeeeeeelp....

I have 4 different engine grounds right now so that shoulsnt be an issue. The fuel pump and everything is working as it should. I took the plug wire off of the coil and there is no spark coming from the tip of the coil. I also hooked the test light to the tip of the coil and there is no signal...

    Heeeeeeeeeeeeelp....

Ok so after 8 months I am ready to start my car....or so I thought. I got the motor turning over, but there is no spark. I have a new distributor and coil so I know they arent the problem. Also I plugged both of them into a friends car and it started with no problem. All the fuses in both...

    Caster/Camber plates?

Yeah the whole fusebox is up under the frame rail...And yeah, that air filter is huge. The one I had before was way to small and someone gave me this one for free. :nice:

    Caster/Camber plates?

I took this one the other day, hopefully Ill have it all finished up today. Im having a small issue with my clutch cable hitting the header, but I have that almost worked out.

    Caster/Camber plates?

For adjusting pinion angle or ride height
  19. Dave95GT

    Caster/Camber plates?

Exactly...there are no movable suspension parts in the rear that will affect rear camber or toe. As much as I like Steeda's stuff, I hate thier CC plates almost as much as I hate BBK's plates. The Steeda ones are ok for adjusting caster, but you only get 2 choices with camber. It lets you...

    Caster/Camber plates?

I do alignments for a living and Ive installed all kinds of CC plates and I think the Maximum Motorsport plates are by far the best. They are the easiest to install and look the best and give the most adjustment
