    Dyno #'s Systemax/FTI cam/TW heads

I disagree with this statement. The LS heads are a completely different design from the Ford heads. Have you ever seen the two next to each other? By the way, anyone notice that the new AFR 225/205/185 Ford heads switched to an LS valvetrain?

I don't agree with that. I'll pull #'s later from my Dad who works for Ford More trucks were sold with a 351 than 302's. Look at the price for an F150 with a 302 compared to a 351. Look at the prices in catalogs for 302 blocks compared to 351's. Plus, look how much stronger the 351 block...

I'll still drive it to work whenever I can. I have a 20 mile commute on a 55mph highway so the gearing actually will work better. Right now with a G-Force T5 and 3.73's I'm in and out of 4th and 5th gear when traffic slows down. Driving on the interstate to the strip will be different...

I'm currently running MT drag radials 275x55x15 with skinny's up front. The MT's are 26.1" tall With a 4.30 gear that puts me at 114mph at 6300rpm At some point next year I'll probably change to a slick.

Anyone know why Ford went with the 302 in the Mustang for so long instead of the 351? There was the 305 in the Camaro's and Firechickens, but most of them had 350's didn't they?

Sort of off topic, but.. I want to know what this engine's about: http://www.musclemustangfastfords.com/features/mmfp_0711_ford_mustang_roush_ethanol_fuel/index.html "Don Bowles teamed up with Ford Motor Company and Roush Performance to bring an experimental V-8 engine to NMRA action. The...

Ford needs to build a 6 Liter, DOHC, Big bore V8 and put it in a Mustang. If they do that I will tattoo the running pony on my forehead, cash in my stock option plan and sell my child into slavery to buy one.

    Dyno #'s Systemax/FTI cam/TW heads

Well, the heads and intake are pretty big for a 302. I should also mention that my mom drove this car for the first 108,000 miles, but I drove it pretty hard the rest.
