    does the idle surge at all when in neutral? Check TPS voltage also. It's the Black thing on top of the throttle body with the green, black, and orange wires. the voltage between the green and black wires should be about .98v.

    you never know if something is bent :shrug: I use a DAYCO brand belt I get from the local Federated. I hear GOODYEAR's are good too....

    doesn't really matter where the vaccum line for the FPR goes....as long as all the ports are plugged or used on the intake. About the clutch- there is no spring. As soon as the cable is on the quadrant on the pedal assembly, the cable threads throught the clutch fork, then you tighten the nuts...
