    Aluminum Driveshaft

You like me will have to swap the slip yoke off the stocker for it to work with the 4R70W. Will take a couple extra tools but still not difficult. I plan on ordering one sometime this winter.

Does anybody else have this prob?

Add the I-Vtec sticker and a Si badge and you'll get tested. I get more attention in the Civic than I do in the Stang..

96 strut tower brace on 02

If I remember right(on friends 97 Cobra), the pinch weld (seam below the wiper cowl on the firewall) was extended in 2 places so the brace could bolt to that and not the firewall itself. Not sure if you could bolt it directly to the firewall or not. You have a pic of it??

    Tire Question

Because I refused to buy tires till I balled my original set, I ran at the track multiple times with a plug in every tire. One even had two in it...:D Never had any problem. I wouldn't push it beyond that or I think your on borrowed time.

    installing autometer gauges

If I remember right on a 00', the Defroster button is up next the the headlights?? You can tap off of that for your hot and ground. Id recommend fusing the hot with a 1 amp fuse. For illumination you can tap the blue/white stripe(I think) on the headlight switch. Sender wires go from gauge...

    Went to the dyno today!

You put down almost the exact numbers as my 01 did with these mods: Amsoil filter/silencer delete, C&L plenum, SCT tune, Borla Exhaust, SLP catted X-pipe But this is with a 12.5:1 ratio most of the run...a tad rich but safe.

How fast is this 03 mustang?

Ive run 13.7/101 with my 01 auto with mods in my sig with (255/45/17 on stock rims) street tires. I think its got a 13.6xx with the right conditions. Streets I have are fairly sticky but after puttin the gears in, it spins a bit off the line. Buddies 06 GT auto with stock gears, street tires...

    different longtubes with SLP X

I wanna keep the SLP-X that I have on the car now so Im lookin for headers other than the SLPs(just curious what my options would be)to fit up to it. Not worried about the install or pullin the motor as much. I may drop the trans for modification in the future.

    different longtubes with SLP X

Thinking of getting longtubes on my 01 Auto but wanna be able to service the tranny if needbe without having to remove the header(s). Ive read you have to remove the passenger side if you have SLPs. Looks like there isn't too many that have a slip fit like the SLPs do. Anyone have SLP X with...

Changing rear diff fluid...no friction mod needed with Mobil 1??

I got Mobil 1 75W140 diff. fluid at Advance autoparts. No extra modifier needed. It should hold about 2 1/2 quarts if you took the diff cover off.

Just curious if anyone has done this or know if the steering wheel out of a S-197 would work in a SN-95?? Thinkin of fitting one in my 01' if its possible.

GT or V6......what do you think?

I imagine its just a glorified V6. Not a bad looking one though. First time Ive seen the shaker hood cover painted to match. It has the pony emblems, the premium V6 16" rims, non-GT side scoops, and it has V6 on the honeycomb panel on the rear. I don't think your gonna fool anyone with that...

NHRA Rules On Rear Seat Delete?

THis is off NHRA.com: I have a street car that I occasionally run at the strip. I've relocated the battery to the rear. What else do I need? Any car with a relocated battery must be equipped with a master electrical cutoff, capable of stopping all electrical functions including ignition...
