    steering response is not the problem, if i turn it half an inch the car will turn, but its the dramatic pull to one side or the other (the car AND the wheel) that gets me. if i hold the steering wheel tight enough, i can stop it, but its no walk in the park.

    why cant i do it without extending the strut? i didnt think the strut is pressurized like that? i was hoping to do this in my driveway with the car on the ground. i am just replacing one of the aluminum plates.

    i have hotchkis cc plates on my car. if i was to remove one, what would need to be done? can i just mark it and unbolt it no problems? or will the strut shoot me in the face?

    aaaaannndd the car doesnt dump codes. crapzilla. im wondering if "the wiring that puts the computer into diagnostic mode" includes both o2 sensors, because i only had one plugged in when i tried to dump the codes. i thought it would just drop a code for the hego.

    well, i figured it out. Take a knife and pop out the red plastic in between the pins, then look inside it. there is a little tab holding each pin in the harness, if you get the knife in there and reach the tab, you can pull the wire and pin out from the back side and re-pin it into the correct...

    i need to re-pin my o2 harness where the black wire loops the purple/yellow to the blue/yellow wire, but i cant figure out how to re-pin it. can someone please help me re-pin it? i am on a lift at work and i only have another half hour to get this done. sorry for the rush. thanks so much.

    well, i opened up the harness, and sure enough, the loop wire is incorrect. going to attempt to re-pin it, then update again. thanks. i printed out the entire surging idle thread, and i am going to also run the codes when im done. thanks so much.

    The wheels move instantly when I steer, there Is no lag, which is why the car swerves so much when the wheen gets pulled to either side by the road.
