Yes I have stock springs and they are a pain to get back in. A big pry bar and alot of pushing finally got the spring in. I believe I'll try to find some way to compress the spring on the side I havent done yet.
Well I got the passenger side on this evening. It went pretty smooth only problems were I had to cut the ball joint nut off because it would just spin with the joint. Also I had a heck of a time getting the spring back in the car. Are there any tricks to getting the spring in any easier? I...
I just got my 03 cobra front a arms today. They were $175 shipped. Comes with new ball joints and bushings. Also at the same time I am planning to replace the tirod ends and rack bushings. Anything I need to know before I tear into it?
If you are not running cats and still have the smog pump hooked up that is the problem. Mine would pop a little when I shifted and if I shifted hard it would be worse. I removed the smog pump and that fixed it.
You can just buy a longer belt and run the AC and leave the smog pump off. I run everything except the smog and with underdrive pulleys I use a 89.5 belt.

My car is in serious need of new ball joints and front a-arm bushings. I plan on putting new tie rod ends on as well while I am in to it. I noticed that ford racing has new updated controll arms for sale for around $200 bucks a pair. If I get new bushings and joints I am looking at a little...
Installed mine and noticed a difference but as usual I Installed heads at the same time so together a big difference. Yes you need felpro 1250 gaskets.
It's hard to compare the performance of a car at the track after an entire year. It's impossible to have the exact same conditions two days apart let alone a year. the only way to correctly compare the x pipe, is to put the stock pipe on and run, then switch straight to the x pipe and run the...
The fuel pressure regulators are different but maby you can use the fuel rail off the fox car and then the regulator would work. Also the computer will not be just a straight plug and go. You will most likely need an adapter harness often referred to as a performance improvement harness. Or a...
