    some shops can narrow a 9" to fox length...have you looked in a summit or jegs catalog/website yet? try a google search for 9" fox body axle, or currie axle... and do you have a pic of the wheels that are not released yet?

    where do you live in washington? check out foureyedpride.com forums for some 79-86 mustang and capri help.. I would junk the stock 2G Alt and go with the stronger and easy to wire 3G alt..try a search there are many write ups on the subject

    what color silicone to use on timing cover and WP gaskets??

    ultra grey usually for water contacting gaskets, as recommended by my old auto shop teacher..now i use ultra black because i got a deal on a couple tubes of it, which works great too..i however hate ultra copper, that stuff pretty much falls off! doesn't stick to anything for very long after...

    i've never bothered thinking about let alone replacing the cabin air filter..but then again i doubt any vehicle we own has one..those dealers should know though, after all it's their job!
