    Battery light flickering

    A few years ago I started putting a thin layer of vaseline on the battery posts then after hooking up wires put another thin coat on the terminals. After a week or two I would start to get corrosion build up. Since using the vaseline, never any corrosion whatsoever, looks brand new.

    if you cant find a breaker bar use a regular ratchet with a piece of 1" pipe or something as a cheater bar. As far as the starter, not sure how it is with the LT's but, two 12" extensions with a swivel on the end placed through the kmember from the front works for me.

    That's what I want it for, a band aid. Until I have time to change my throw out bearing, and pressure plate. Some of the fingers stick out more than others causing constant contact with the t.o.b.

    clutch fork return spring

    I found a link to an article on how to hook up a clutch fork return spring, however the thread is 6 years old and the link isn't good anymore. I can think of a few ways to possibly rig it up, but does anybody know where to find a writeup on a proven way to do it?

    2003 GT - Dash lights not working after stereo install

    You have to isolate the fuse from the circuit to read it for resistance, otherwise it will read through the rest of the circuit. Thats probably why you had 84 ohms when you read the one.

    1/2 tank of gas?

    last time I figured my mpg was a few months ago, it was over a few tanks of gas and averaged about 18.9 mpg. I get around 270-280 miles a tank. thats with about 1/3 on the highway and driving it "like I stole it".

    If I remember correctly the 96-98 were romeo's, 99-half of 01 were windsors then they went back to romeo. That's just talking about the mustang, the various other 4.6's in t-birds, f-150's and explorers and whatever else they were in I have no idea.
