    I can jump the relay and make pump run. I ended up pullin out the eec and found a capacitor lead that was gone from corrosion. New EEC should be here friday

    Thanks for all the help I ran a new wire for the blue/org ground to eec, and connected it to pin 22 and the relay . It still will not activate relay so I am guessing either the EEC is junk( or possible bad ground on EEC).

    It acts like I have an intermittent problem with the eec groun to the fuel pump relay. When I put a dvm on the blue/org and turn the key on I am getting 6V for some reason and while checking this tonite (the key had been on for a couple of minutes and the pump had never primed) the relay...

    Funny thing today I finished the new exhaust hooked the batt back up and it started up ran about 20 min. I started reving it up some and it started to sputter and died would not start agian (relay would not kick in)

    ok I have 12v constant and my 12v volt switched if I jumper the test connector to ground it will run. So I thought I had a bad wire to the computer I ran continuity test on it and it was fine also I put the dvm on it from constant hot and it reads 12v with key on which means it should be going...

    I have tried turning the car on/off several times and moving the car around but the pump never shuts off hopefully today I can check the fuel pressure.

    The car has spark I have not had a chance to check fuel pressure but im pretty sure there is none. The pump sounds like it is running but never shuts off(car is not running key in on position) so I am assuming that the pump never builds any pressure.

    I do a lot of rebiulders here in iowa they don't check to see if anything works. You must have title and all receipts so they can compare vin numbers basically it's just a theft check.

    The color is ford alloy factory code G5, yeah im not sold on the tails either but they will due for now. I kinda overlooked getting the center caps during the rest of the project.

    The kid that stole the car spray painted everything on the car. I removed everything possible stripped all parts down to bare metal/plastic primed and repainted.:D

    I am kinda new to the site but have had a few foxes, the latest one I picked up a while back. It was a theft recovery which someone had taken a grinder to the paint on the sheetmetal and bumpers. Then spray painted it. Here are some before.
