    Stock 351 Windsor Heads On Stock 302 ???

    i have 351 windsor heads and they made a very significant difference on my engine. be sure that they have a hardened exhaust valve seat or unleaded gas will tear them up.

    i wish i knew it was gonna be so empty.i thought since they were finishing the goodguys eliminations and doing the detroit thing that it would be packed. i guess i missed out on this one:(

    it needs to stay a daily driver so im gonna try to stay away from drag struts in the front. i think i will go practice some more and maybe invest in some e.t. streets. i cant stand have a car thats capable of 12's and not being able to run them.

    no im not launching at 4k im launching at about 2500 but once the engine gets up to about 4k the tires wont hold it any more and it breaks loose. i was getting them pretty hot.

    i had 2.2 60 fters. i was previously running some cheapo parts store replacement that was in the car when i got it. i made 7 passes and there was nearly nobody in the stands. im hoping to build my rear suspension and go mid to high 12's. do you think this is possible?

    its not the imediate launch its that with 4.10's my torque is multiplied so much at high rpm's that the tires break loose at about 4k in first. they just arent grippy enough i think. i also went a couple 2.0 60' times last night but i didnt do as good up high. what do you think the listed...

    as of last night my current best run is 13.35@105 with a 2.25 60' time. i have all stock suspension with 4.10's and nitto drag radials. would it be possible to run in the 12's with some rear suspension components? i was thinking about adding lakewood shocks, mac control arms, and eibach drag...
