    You put a flat head screwdriver up to it at a 45* angle and hit the screwdriver untill it makes a dent in both the plug and block. This keeps it from coming out. Put RTV on the edges BEFORE you install the plug.

    Lubericate it on the crank, were it meets the inner portion of the seal, so the surface on which it rotates on. Shouldn't be a problem, but keep a keen eye on it.

    The result of not throughly cleaning the threads with a chaser tap. Make sure you use a 7/16"-14 to clean the block every time you remove the heads! The buildup of rtv will give an inaccurate torque reading, and may strip the threads and/or crack the block like this: Got a new block...

    I have those heads, they work great. 195cc intake runner, 5angle valve job, dual rate springs, I put ISKY guideplates on and they make some serious power. I did a writeup on it, search for it. They are quality pieces. Don't knock 'em till you try them.

    needs some mechanical work here what the problems are when going backwards tranny kicks out a gear when racing sometime it wouldn't let u shift to 2nd or third gear BUT when just driving normaly its nice and smooth the power steerling doesnt work and check engine light is on...
