    Makes me sick to hear that. Small start ups like mine have hard enough time getting people to trust us. Stuff like this really irritates me. All my experiences with VT (both Scott and Jim) have been great. Places like that make doing business a pleasure.

    Tim has always stood behind what his shop does. They built their shop an a great rep and intend to keep it. Every problem I have had they have fixed it. Tim is a stand up guy. That goes for the rest of them as well.
