    Off set Rack and Pinion bushing

    I used the poly bushings in mine and everything is A OK! I did notice that they did straighten the tie rods out. I didnt have to do anything with the end joints. I didnt want the aluminum ones because I didnt want the vibrations of the wheels to radiate up to the steering wheel.

    Synthetic ATF in the T-5 or no?

    I run the B&M trick shift in mine ... love it as far as smoothness goes, but it did make it more noisy. You can hear the gears whine a little more. Good thing to do if ya gotta change it anyhow. Ya dont need all that much anyhow.

    Just a guess ... but I would think the oil's vicosity is thinning out (when it gets hot) and not protecting the lifters and rockers like it would when the oil is thicker (and cooler). Try switching to a thicker or heavier viscosity oil for the summer months and/or add in some Lucas Oil...
