    My friend had his motor rebuilt with stock heads and he put a F cam in his. Last summer he added a Cobra intake, BBK headers, and is getting a 70mm TB soon. You will not have a problem with the stock heads b/c my friend is running the same combo.It has an awesome sound at idle with the flows...

    My clutch is going out and I'm leaning towards a Spec 2 b/c I plan on building up the motor hopefully by the end of the year. Haven't heard anything bad about Spec clutches. J.R.

    03' 10th Anniversary Convertible leftover "black"

    Had a friend who is an LVN and just bought one for $32K. They wanted $42K for it and he traded in his 01' GT, put $5K down, and had a $3K rebate. Said he was going to buy it, so the dealer gave it up for $32K. Lucky SOB.

    on the way to school around 6am. Started off with a vibration coming from the rear, then a weird noise(I was thinking the clutch or flywheel).     What mods to begin with on a stock 5.0? (I tried searching :)

    I just bought my GT in Aug. It already had an O/R h-pipe, flowmasters, and 3.73s. A Pro5.0 shifter makes a lot of difference in driving and is a whole lot better. Won't miss the shifts. I would say some headers, and whatever you prefer for your exhaust. I haven't tackle the motor on mine yet...

    Switching Tail Lights

    All this time I thought you would have to buy the whole LX assembly. I have a 89' GT with the cheese graders and have been putting idea of getting LX tail lights b/c I thought it would cost too much, but all I would need is the LX lens? Hell, I might order some this weekend then.

    Got the Trick Flow engine set today

    Curious as well. May want h/c/i , TB, Mass air, cai, bigger injectors and fuel pump by summer. Hopefully I'll have about $2500 saved up.

    Great thread, b/c I'm curious too about the N/A guys. My motor has been rebuilt, all stock parts put back on including silencer and so on. I'm looking for 300rwhp N/A combos because I might get some H/C/I, bigger TB and MA, cai, headers, and that's about it.

    How much oil does your stang use?

    I hate to say this, but mine uses 1 qt. a week. Before I bought car in Aug. last year, it had a Powerdyne S/C on a rebuilt motor. I bought the car w/o the S/C and I'm going to have a compression test done soon to find out what's wrong. But it does use up a LOT of oil.
