    My wheels/your thoughts

Photo of my II now. I love my wheels why can't the tire company's make 245/60/13's??? (I would be the only customer?) Ford shoulda made 14" and 15" 4 spoke ralley wheels! The Fireturd and Craparo had 15" wheels in 1978. The Monza didn't though I guess........

    My wheels/your thoughts

I am going to put Magnum 500 wheels on my Mach. I am going to use The Granada front brake upgade and have my rear axles re-drilled. My question is what size should I go with? 15x6" with 4" back space. 15x7" with 4 1/4" back space. 15x8" with 4 1/2" back space. I have 225/50/15 BFG drag...

    Put on the rack

A can with two hose barbs and a cap! Thanks for diggin' the photo up for me. Many newer cars have remote reservoir like that, I will have to score one from work. Too bad I sold my power rack though....

    Put on the rack

"Eclipse" as in like Mitsubishi??? If so what year? We have some totaled diamond star cars at work. Have any photos? As you may have noticed steering trivia is lost on me, how many turns lock to lock is a fox 5.0l Mustang? They feel like what I want. If your not careful the rear end of...

    Put on the rack

Looking to do some solo II, open road racing and open track day events in the II. When I restored/rebuilt the car I put in a rebuilt manual steering rack in so I could free up some horse power and reduce complexity of running power steering pump and lines. How many turns lock to lock is a II...

    II Blue

I used to manage a speed shop that belonged to a large chain. I checked the data and the Mr. Gasket fans had the lowest warranty claim numbers. (we sold nearly every brand). I have two 10" mr gasket pullers on my Mach and she runs as kool as a cucumber...... and I prefer brunette's :nice: I...

The proform unit is just like the DUI one but way cheaper. The Proform unit is basically just a GM HEI that fits into a small block Ford. I would check with your local speed shop they likely have the proform catalog that you could read the blurb from. The Mach gets stored in an un-heated garage...

    II Blue

Anyone have any depressing II updates. This summer is shot for me. I consolodated all my debts and I have no Money to insure or drive the II this summer. I sold the 1991 Lincoln Mark 7 to pay off some more bills. I will be driving my rusty dented Mazda 323 winter beater, while the Mach sleeps...

    Lets Talk Tires!

1985-1993 fox Mustang 10 holes or 87-? turbines will fit on the rear of a II without spacers. I scored two crusty 10 holes for $20.00. They are not even in the same neiborhood as light though :D I have 225/50/15 drag radials for the wheels. I have not mounted them yet because I am planning the 5...

    Lets Talk Tires!

I have crappy cyl heads, but I found a cheap way to get an extra 100hp. The magic is not cheap though $60 for 10 pounds worth of magic. The best ride $60.00 can buy for 3.5 minutes this side of a strip club though :nono:

Did I say profesional products? I should say Proform. (I always get those guys mixed up). Their web site blows, but they do make a 302 H.E.I distributor for cheap. Here is an idea anywho. http://www.proformparts.com/v2/catalog/distributors.html

    Pinto and Mustang II

Pinto's Rule! :D I owned a 1978 Mercury Bobcat and it was a great car. I bought it for $50.00.It actually passed the safety check. I proceded to drive it for a year with no problems. After putting a new 351M into my 1976 Cougar XR7 the Bobcat got parked. Rebel (sometimes posts here) ended up...

    Mustang II popularity

Light is a relitive term. A Mustang II Coupe with no options weights about the same as a Mustang II hatch. A Mustang II Ghia weights more then a regular coupe or hatch back II. Mustang II hatch backs with few options generally weight less then a fox coupe. A fox coupe is lighter then a fox hatch...
