    AOD trans fluid spraying out of radiator?!?!

    Try checking the lines from the trans to the radiator. They go from the pass side front of the motor to the center and then across and up to the drivers side to the cooler. maybe they have rusted and the fan or air flow across the radiator is blowing the fluid around?

    There's no picture in the link for the adapter. You are not going to use the old wires to the solenoid right? Dont forget the extra ground.

    Front oil drain plug

    I have seen some rubber plug looking ones that hand tighten. Never used one but have seen them. Similar to the rubber freeze plugs. Hopefully one of those are not what you are talking about.

    I agree. THere should be some colored vacuum hardline hooked to them. I believe they connect to the tab, tad and egr solenoid on the pass side behind the strut tower. This should help id them . http://www.veryuseful.com/mustang/tech/engine/

    Here's a couple of wiring diagrams and some over all good info. Check the connector on the 02 sensor harness. You may need to just replace that one harness and add another 02 but, I'm not sure if the computer will pick up the second sensor? Being carb'd I would prob go with the one sensor...

    Jrichker, Thats a great writeup! Where do you find the "O" ring kit you mention for $8.00? All I can find are individual "O" rings.

    I was just told NOT to put a fuse on the power wire of a 3G alternator.

    Try going to a stereo install shop for the fuse. I'm sure they have them. The Auto zone around the corner carries them in the stereo dept too. We use them quite a bit at work installing inverters.

    I would't use scotch locks on wiring. I prefer to solder and heat shrink everything. Just my 2 cents.
