    not really sure bout the tip i used 2 1/2 all the way back with turndowns tucked behind my valance never liked the look of tail pipes on these cars hope u like it

    68 Ive got super turbos and flowmaster tail pipes on my vert sounds great and not too loud with overdrive crusing the interstate wind noise is just about as loud but when u get on it really rumbles :)

    EFI fuel line is spendy!!!!!!!!

    hey 68 i just used steel line from the parts house and rubber bound clamps got most of my fittings from work but im sure u could buy everything i used for bout 75$ (just a side note the stock plastic ford fuel line will fit a 5/16 compression fitting if u use the insert out of a 3/8...

    Anyone use the 0mm offset bullitt wheels.

    u wouldnt be able to mill it down because they sink the lugnut into the wheel u would be milling off the conical seat :(

    Buying 67 conv, need help w/ missing VIN

    the 67 had the vin stamped 4 times under the hood but only shows in one spot at the drivers side fender there is a little notch in the fender to uncover the vin stamped in the inner fender sheet metal its in the same spot on the other side and also under the fender near the cowl on the same top...

    one thing i dont agree with u said the 87 -93 handle wont work with drum brakes well news flash they all had drum except the 93 cobra

    LOWEST PI mustang dyno numbers

    we put my bone stock 02 gt with auto on a mustang dyno and it made 208hp and 244tq a stock nonpi 5 speed car mad178hp on that same mustang dyno (just a side note mustang dynos are really more accurate than most dynos )

    it will fit just fine the intake might leave u real close to the hood though my torker intake with alot of drop base on the air cleaner just barely fit with my stock hood

    question for 67/68 guys running 17x9 wheels (5.5"bs) and 275 tires

    i had a 17x9 with 6.11 backspacking in my vert with a 275/40/17 hankook tire bolted on but should of had a 1/4 to 5/16 spacer under it was real close to the fender well so id reccomend a 5.74 back spacing good luck:)

    ill chime in here too i got 16 on one car and 17 on the vert and i wouldnt go any bigget then that i personally like 16 or smaller on stock 65-66 bodys but with the extensive work yall have done the cobra 17 seem to just FIT good luck

    If you add a new harmonic damper, do you have to rebalance the crank?

    it also depends how the guy that balanced ur motor did it look at ur old balancer ans see if there are any fairly new drill or grind marks where he might of changed the balance of the stock one if not u should be just fine:)

    Hedman Elite Shorties ?

    i got headman shorty headers on my car they do have the ball and sockt design but they still use a 3 bolt flange that bends easily and the bolts that come in the kit also bend and wont stay tight but for the 130$ i spent on them i cant complain too much
