    so how tight this should be? there are two nuts (for 1" and 28mm wrench) that press against the bushing. I found somewhere that OE torque is 60-80 ft.lbs - isn't it too much for PU not to crack? should it be rather 60-80 in.lbs?

    you can buy correct exhaust bolts in any classic mustang store for some $10/set (with some writing on the head). Those are grade 5 bolts though. the headers on the picture seems to me like from a RHD car or late fords came with longer header on the passenger side?

    Will this combo work with stock suspension without rubbing?

    On 67 coupe 235/55/17 tire ribs the front fender when making a turn at 15+ mph. Yours is some 7/8" smaller but 65 has tighter fender lip clearance than 67. It will be a tight fit. let us know.

    PV seems OK. the engine shuts down when idle mixture screws are all the way in. 4777-2 is just made to run rich as it is a racing carb. Will 64 or even 60 jets work w/o redrilling PVCRs (67 is OE size on primaries)?

    It is not that easy to paint the car nicely as you might have seen on utube videos. IMO quality paint with proper viscosity and application technique in a dustfree environment are more important than expensive gun.
