Just removed the tranny to change clutch......

I already bought a brand new FR flywheel, but the one that came off the car is perfectly smooth and the clutch is still had a lot of life left in it. I think the chattering was due to the broken throwout bearing.

Just removed the tranny to change clutch......

Well I been saying I was going to change my clutch for a couple years now and I finally got around to it. It wasn't slipping but the clutch would chatter a little sometimes and I had never changed the clutch in this car so I didn't know what was in there. Well when I pulled it out the throwout...

Same as Performer RPM. It fits fine just needs the ports cleaned up, sloppy casting.

S/C. But I'd go H/C/I first then once you get bored of that add the S/C.

to "P" or not to "p"

You will probably not be able to really tell the difference between the P's and non-P's once either are on the car. The P's do however flow slightly better and their combustion chamber are more efficient. Stock for stock though the GT40s have larger valves. Both are better than the E7s...

what do you think of this???

I have always tried to stay away from those, it seems like they would put a lot more stress on the bolts. But if the back spacing was right on the rims they should work ok. I wouldn't have them on I car I drove hard though.

    Horsepower

There should be a section called "Guess My HP" There are many too factors to guess accurately. Lets see, with that intake and cam, I guess 275 rwhp at the most. Now put it on a dyno so we can get real numbers.

    12 Years in Storage

Sounds like my brother's car that we bought after it had been sitting untouched for 9 or 10 years. The engine was seized. I just changed the oil and sprayed penetrating oil in the cylinders then put the car in 1st gear (5 speed) and rocked the car (forward and back). Then tried to start it. It...
