    remember we are talking ounces here and you could remove or add enough to cause a problem. However do they weigh the bolts?... hmmm I would give it a shot and see....

    There is a plastic lock inside. I had to pry it out with a screw driver then on the reinstall I had to go to FORD to get a new one lock. They are cheap but the local parts srtors will not have them.

    new flywheel.....if you helicoil it the weight will change and you may have a vibration at higher rpm..

    I have an issue with the clutch hole in the firewall is bending. The issue started with the clutch cable some how came in contact with the hole. I was using aftermarket cables and a cheap firewall adjustor and quad. I switch to the MM kit and the clutch is much smoother. Anyway the...

    cant get the damn fan off

    Hit the fan, pulley joint with PB Blaster and reattach it to the waterpump. The next morning just loosen the bolts and use a prybar between the pulley and fan. It should pop off.

    LOL damn I wass thinking of removing the upper but wow what a PITA! I think this is a weekend project. I will pull the nipple to and see if i can get a small pipe to extern it off the intake and then install the hose. Oh well chalk another one to ford! LOL
