    So, I was going over all the vacuum hoses and ran into the PCV... it was completely unplugged. The screen down in there is caked in oil and large chunks of dirt. So, I ordered a whole set up, but my question is: Would an unplugged PCV be the cause of my troubles?

    Now that I think about it, when the car is running and I push the brake pedal, it almost goes to the floor and I get sporatic surges of pressure pushing back on the pedal. That leads me to lean towards a vacuum leak. Thoughts?

    The car feels stronger throughout the entire RPM band versus just up high with the stock converter. It was definitely a good buy, I'm not regreting anything, just seeing those numbers drop made me feel like crap. :(

    I'm really hating my car right now...

    My O2 sensors were shot one time on my 5.0 and it was causing a part throttle hesitation and bucking. My brother has a '01 Bullitt and his car was doing the same thing you described, he had the Ford dealer check it out and one of his coils were bad. It fixed the problem.

    Bad O2 sensors will cause similar problems, but they will usually throw a code. Your MAF could be fried too.

    Yeah, so far all I've heard about are the Grenatelli, and how they are crap. I was under the impression that nobody else made some. I'm sure the Motorcraft are fine for mild applications, but after I install everything on my car I was wondering about upgrading the coils, plugs and wires.
