    Done conversion today i used the trans/flexplate/convertor/starter off a 1970 mustang with a 351w and fitted it all to another 70 mustang with a 351c no probs at all.regards javed

    im converting a car for a friend who wants to go auto the car is a 70 351c 4v with toploader trans.He wants a auto put back in I have located all the bits from another 70 but it has a 351w with c4 will the trans/flexplate/starter etc work from the 351w to 351c.thanks javed

    hello My main issues were in the clutch linkage side the header was hitting the frame rail and it was very tight in there for me to tighten the equalizer bar unless i cut the header and modify the tube.Is there anyone using headers with a 351w 4 speed in a 67 if which brand works.Thanks javed

    hello yes its a bargain over here in the u.k,the plus side on the mach1 is its clean and rustfree.The mechanics are easy i have been working on mustangs since was 15 and havnt stopped yet.My username on mustang forum in uk is GT350.Regards javed
