    2004: the year I wish never happened

    I got a partially calapsed lung as of two weeks ago. My two year old relationship girl and I almost broke up last week. (were fine now) on the good side of things, my turbo motor is in and running! :)

    I got a set of "snowflakes" from my '87TC Donar. Might mount my bran new 225/55ZR16's on em if I don't find Ponies. Eventually I'll have the TC's 8.8" rear on my '88LX.

    Thanks James! Scott was thinking that was the problem too. Stinger has said the stock replacement clutch, LuK for example, would be fine with the turbo motor, thats what I have. I also heard of people using the TC 5-Spd flywheel beacuse its stronger? is that true?

    I am getting crappy gas mileage, any help?

    Could be alot of things, I did a tuneup on my '88 when it was N/A and it made the car alot more peppy but gas milage still stayed the same. I only get about 210 out of my 4cyls too.

    Well, Got my turbo motor in, woo hoo! Took it down the street for its first run, and once the turbo spooled up it would rev crazy like it was in neutral. It got worse as the gears went on. I figured it was my clutch since the clutch was grabbing at the very top of the pedal. So I drove it back...

    I'm thinking about doing this upgrade down the road as well. I hear it gives you that 5.0 style pick up, soon as you smash the gas. I'm a guy with a bad temper so i like petal to the metal power ;)

    Whats wrong with my clutch?!?!

    The clutch quadrant is right above the gas pedal. its a ugly white/yellow plastic thing, You can't miss it.
