    I usually keep my OD off for around town driving and turn it on when needed. The OD band is supposed to be the weakest part so that's why I do this. AODE :nice:

    Intercooling is the greatest thing ever for power adder cars. More timing, more power, less detonation, safer etc.

    AODE still leaking. I am out of ideas. Help!

    Check the rear seal where it meets the tailshaft. I had a leak back there and I swore it looked like a pan gasket leak but turned out to be the tailshaft gasket. The tailshaft could also be cracked. Good luck, trans leaks are a PITA.

    To those who have swapped to 99+ PBR brakes.....

    I can get a swap kit very cheap and was wondering if it's worth my time. Is it a big improvement over our brakes or just minor? I've had it in my mind for awhile now that I'm going to switch to Cobra brakes but have been throwing this new idea around now. Do these brakes still suffer from bad...

    question about timing and supercarger? HELP

    The MSD will only retard timing when it sees boost, so in other words reving in your driveway = no boost = MSD boost retard not kicking on. My buddy with a Vortech on his '95 has his base set to 10 degrees, and the MSD set to 3/4. That's with a safe tune however, so be careful and listen...

    I have one....it's a pretty light show. ;) As far as wiring it, you can grab the signals right over by the puter in the passenger side kick panel. Autometer used to have the wire numbers on their website but I can't find them. Probably could call and ask them, they are helpful.

    Radiator for '94 with AODE

    Just run a nice trans cooler so you don't have to worry about getting a radiator with the cooler built in.

    Ford Parts VS. Auto Zone parts.

    I like Ford for certain parts but my main thing is I won't buy or use the POS no-name made in Taiwan brands that some stores tend to stock. And keep in mind that alot of Ford parts are made by manufacturers such as Bosch etc which you can find in parts stores for cheaper prices.

    powerdyne or procharger

    Dyno numbers are completely useless for comparing cars. Think of Powerdyne's like the A-Trim. It's an entry level blower with not much room to grow. IMO for a street car, ProCharger is tops with Paxton and Vortech one step behind due to lack of an intercooler.
