To those who have swapped to 99+ PBR brakes.....

I can get a swap kit very cheap and was wondering if it's worth my time. Is it a big improvement over our brakes or just minor? I've had it in my mind for awhile now that I'm going to switch to Cobra brakes but have been throwing this new idea around now. Do these brakes still suffer from bad brake fade like ours does? Thanks in advance, I tried doing a search but couldn't find anything that I'm looking for.

I would just go for the cobra setup. I used the cobra front brakes and master cylinder on mine and it's like night and day. I pieced together everything for like $300 so it wasnt too bad either.

Yeah, PPI has a complete front Cobra brake kit for $399 and you could get the rear for another $399. All hardware is included except for the master cylinder. I'm going this route in a month or so. Plus, the calipers are available in various colors. I like new and these prices beat most anything else out there AND all parts are real Cobra stuff.
