    Light weight front wheels?

I am guessing these are even lighter and would offer a better hole shot as well as less rolling resistance?

    Light weight front wheels?

so this is a good idea? A few pounds off the front and less rolling resistance should equal a better ET right. I just don't have $300+ for front wheels and with those being 15" wouldn't i have to mod the brakes as well?

    Light weight front wheels?

OK so I want some light weight front wheels for drag racing but never the less my wallet will not cover anything like Bogarts or Alumi stars. So I was thinking about getting some Z rated tires for my spare steel rim and running them on the front for racing. Anyone heard of this:shrug: or know...

    meizrie electric water pump

What about HP numbers or TQ? Is there any real boost, I know that a cooler engine will run better, last longer and should make more power but are we talking about 2-3 RWHP? I would think this would be a help in low end TQ more than anything but don't know anyone that has ever had one.

Snow performance's Meth. Inj. kit (FI)

stock window washing fluid reservoir? I have seen that all the people (like you and me) that run their cars daily with lots of miles tend to go with the huge remote tank in the trunk. I believe it's 7 quarts. I myself am looking into adding a water/meth kit to the turbo I am getting, so just a...

New to the drag -- Wheels/Tires Question

275/40's on stock rims, will that tire even mount up? I am searching for two rims (lighter than stock I hope) and some sticky slicks myself. Where does everyone buy theirs and what are you running?

not more power, just more to the ground

sway bar delete in autocross, man that would be a ride and a show to watch!:rlaugh: I was thinking about the Saleen kit and the rest of the suspension done up in heavy duty BMR. Any ideas how that might turn out?

    Pypes Mid- Muffler question

Go to the pypes website, they have sound clips and the one thing everyone forgets about, stock sound clips so you have play them back to back and compair. There is also a very lengthy thread on the mid muffler system, so a quick search will yield lots of information.

What about the ever popular pypes mid muffler system? Will the straight through design like that deliver the same results?

not more power, just more to the ground

I know, but I want my cake and I plan on eating it too! I lean more to drag racing but want to keep enough so I can still play in auto-cross (just play not compete) and still fly around on entrance and exit ramps.

not more power, just more to the ground

I agree that I have a ton of work to do in my suspension set up right now, but I am having trouble balancing the the drag strip, open road, and auto cross type of set up. I was using the old 60's cobra receipt, if you can't get it to turn that well, just over power the straights and slide it...

not more power, just more to the ground

We as well as many popular magazines talk about the best way to make more power, but what about just getting more of what you already have to the ground? I am running mid to low 13's with the most common bolt on's and now looking at a turbo kit, but would like some advice on what to put behind...

    Which turbo kit?

Just a thought but I have heard many good things about the STS kit. I am trying to choose between the STS and the HP kit myself, but then tax season is still a little way off yet.

    Sway bars, why? Mufflers, heavy?

Yes they are track temps, not air temperatures. It wasn't bad tonight when the sun went down something like 83-85. That's what my jeep told me anyway. http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m280/mhanksii/besttimeslips.jpg That is a link to my timeslips

    x-pipe questions

I have been told that the predator is just like my SCT and that you have to turn off the rear 02s through the speed shops software and that it is not a user option. but then that is hear say for the predator, I know it true with the SCT because that is what I have and just learned that on Monday...
