If you replaced your stock H pipe read this

A 10 or 12 inch extension with ujoint and mid sized socket should do it. And there are some metric bolts on the Mustangs, I did my MRT h-pipe and Magnaflow cat-back about 8 months ago. Some of the bolts were 9/16 inch and some were 15mm. I think the h-pipe to manifold were 15mm and the h-pipe to...

Clunk/Thud Sound when Defrost or A/C is on.

I noticed the same sound on my Mustang. Sometimes it was really loud, and I could always feel it when it happened. After a while I figured out that it never seems to happen if I turn on the A/C or defroster and leave it on. It only seems to happen if the A/C or defroster is turned on for a...

    Radiator fan question

That doesn't sound right, even if the A/C or defrost is on. The radiator fan should only come on when the engine is hot, and even then not full time.

i have some dyno proof on k&n filters, ya know ya wanna see it!!!

OK, on the second run, was it the stock filter or no filter? Snorkel or no snorkel on the two runs? Just trying to understand what is going on here, cause from what you said, it sounds like you did the second run without any filter. A K&N should flow better than the stock filter, but of course...

Ford Service Dept. Damaged My Mustang BIGTIME!

I can't help it. I've got to say it. I never thought a guy like Ron Jeremy would be concerned with 'overspray'. :rlaugh:

Ford Service Dept. Damaged My Mustang BIGTIME!

I would say the only way to fix it properly is to have the damaged pieces replaced. Once metal has been bent like that, it will never be the same even if it can be bent back. :(

    Magnapacks Installed! WOW!

The Magnaflow definately sounds better than stock. I had my Magnaflow with the stock h-pipe, then an MRT catted h-pipe. With the stock h-pipe, the sound at idle was nicer, and at WOT was much better. When I put on the MRT h-pipe, idle had an even nicer bass note, and WOT is great! I have almost...

    Installing cat-back

You might as well install the catback first, then the x-pipe. With the catback on, you'll say "that sounds much better". Then when you replace the h-pipe, you'll go "wow, that's effing incredible!!".

    thread locker

I don't know about this, but I'll bump ya since you're about to go off the first page. Did you use red or blue locker? The blue is used on parts you will want to remove later, red is for 'permanent' locking and is very difficult to remove the bolt.

Engine Tower Strut or Sub-Frame Connectors

IMHO, choosing between strut tower braces and subframes, get the subframes every time. No personal experience, just opinions absorbed from reading many posts. (Mostly from reading posts on http://www.corner-carvers.com suspension forum.)

HELP...am i supposed to have ABS

If the tires lock up on heavy braking, then you don't have ABS or the ABS is malfunctioning. And yes, ABS does not necessarily stop you faster, but it prevents the wheels from locking up so you can maintain control in an emergency situation.

    Tons of questions.

Right from the partshopper section of stangnet, on the Steeda Tri-Ax page: If you have a 2001 GT, then look on your driver side door jam, there will be a build code sticker. If you have a 'K' under the 'TR' code, then you have the TR-3650 tranny. Else you have the older T45 tranny.
