    Head bolts?

Going to be swapping heads on a stock 94. Replacing with stock heads can you reuse the head bolts? Just curious.

    Need opinions on engine problem.

I had a 95 vert that never did this. The vibration gets worse with rpm. The tail pipes shake, this really sucks.

    Need opinions on engine problem.

Have a 94 GT that has a shake in the motor. Has all new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, clutch, and balancer. The idle does not surge but the motor shakes like it has a miss that can also be felt in the shifter. I got the car for cheap and the person that had the car before didn't have the O2 sensors...

Heat Not Hot, Upper Radiator Hose Hot, WTF

Wrong coolant mixture, your radiator is frozen. Seen this on a few cars this last weekend were the engine would warm but there was no heat. Eventualy the car would over heat. First see after warming if the lower radiator is hot. If not your radiator is frozen. Hope this helps.

    Engine swap?

It really isn't a daily driver motor, full manual trans, 3500 stall. If I decide to take the project on I would buy a painless wiring kit. Found some info on the net and it is not as hard as I thought just need more than basic engine and wiring knowledge. If anything I think I would sit on this...

    Engine swap?

Just came across a 355 chevy motor and built trans for the great price of free. Just wondering if anybody would know of a place that selss motor mounts, headers trans mount, drive shaft, etc... that would make it possible to slip this into a 94-95 stang. I know it goes against Ford vs Chevy...

    Air pump removal

Hope you guys can help. I have a 1989 GT with a bad air pump (binding) and want to remove it. Don't really need a air pump and reallly don't want to buy a air pump idler, but I have heard of people putting on a short belt to bypass the air pump while still retaining power steering and AC. Nobody...

    MagnaFlow or Flowmaster

Flowmaster and Magnaflow are both deep sounding. Flows have a more muscle car sound. I personally have the American Thunder cat back from Flowmaster and it doesn't drone as bad as Magnapacks nor regular Magnaflows, but the Magnaflow systems are all stainless and have 4" adjustable tips while...

    American Thunder Review

In the low and midrange a huge difference. Before if I took off normal and gunned it I wouldn't spin, now I spin like crazy. Throttle response is so much better. It also could be because of the bigger pipes too. Not to mention the sound at idle is awesome and the Flows drone alot less than my...

    Mods to an auto 02

They are the same thing. They call it a "stall converter" because it has a higher stall speed than factory. A stall and 4:10's might be dangerous to your tires because all you'll want to do at every light is a hole shot. :D A stall and gears in an auto are 10 times better than a stick and...

    American Thunder Review

Just installed Flowmaster American Thunder cat back today and must say I like it. It has that Flowmaster sound but is not too loud, almost no drone, pulls harder, and the throttle response is 10 times better. I had Borla pro xs welded ino the factory system and was impressed with those and now...

    Hydraulic Clutch Kits?

Why would you want one? Easier to damage trans when power shifting with hydraulic.

    pictures of exhaust

The older side exhaust systems cost you HP because of the change in exhaust direction causing an unnatural turn. But with the newer designs side exhaust will net almost the same as a regular cat back. The only reason that some people were forced to run side exhaust is because of the rear...

    Intake spacer?

Buy a Plenum like an Accufab, C&L, Ieven saw in a mag that MAC makes one now. The spacer will do close to nothing. I think the MAC plenum with a MAC 70mm throtle body was only $229+ shipping. No dyno proof on the MAC but will definatly be better than the spacer by far.
