    Resolved Nick's '94 Cobra

The reason for buying this car was that my Fox needed more work done to it than I cared to do. This car comes with an '01 Cobra IRS, Terminator seats, and a fuel system more than adequate for my 363. I had the 363 built with a Fox front accessory set up. Then realized I'd have to change the...

    Resolved Nick's '94 Cobra

In case there are a few folks interested in SN's, I'll post up what I've been doing with '94 Cobra. It was a running and driving car for sale with a DSS 306 and 3550, but lucky for me the PO was willing to pull the engine/trans and sell it to me as a roller. I drove to the burbs of Chicago, and...

Caddilac XTS 14" Brembo brakes on a Mustang.

I am yet to even drive my SN with the 363 installed, and already want both these front and rear kits. You guys are a bad influence on my bank account!

Nick's "lvndpst" Restoration (and Slight Modification) Thread

As I get the '94 going, I may start a new thread for it. Unfortunately I've already done a lot without taking pics, but I have a lot still to do. Not sure how many here care to see early SNs though, being our SN area of the site was dismantled years ago.

Nick's "lvndpst" Restoration (and Slight Modification) Thread

Well friends, the body went to a new home where it will be put on a rotisserie and brought back to life. All I have left are the doors and most of the interior plastics. As discussed above, I came out way ahead parting it out versus selling it as a roller with body damage. I was very happy when...

Progress Thread Evolution of the 'Hudson Heap' plans (87 GT)

Another vote for stock cam. Keep it simple, as well as help keep the stock block intact by not being radical. I split a stock block with a naturally aspirated 347 combo.

Alright gang, built Dart or Coyote?

I like where your head is at, except my Dart 363 cost me $17k to be built, and that Harrop supercharger kit is $12k... Would it be awesome? Hell yes it would. But damn near $30k in the engine alone? At that point a Coyote with a Roush TVS or Whipple would be way more cost effective. You can...

Progress Thread Back in a Fox 89GT

You've done awesome work on that car. If you have the means, I'd move the 347 components into a Dart block. My n/a 347 cracked a stock block...

Progress Thread “Rising from Ashes 8” 02 Saleen Extreme #23 build

It says Pending. Did you change your mind? Had I not sunk a bunch of money into building my 363, I may have jumped on that blue car. However your silver one is still my favorite.

Are those charcoal door panels from a new edge, or is the lighting just making black ones look gray?

Nick's "lvndpst" Restoration (and Slight Modification) Thread

Not sure, haven't talked to him about it. I'm sure he's asking more for them then the price he knocked off the car by removing them. I wanted to make it worth his while to do it. In the end, I'll list the Fox as is for a few grand and just be done with it, I think. I've already returned a...

Nick's "lvndpst" Restoration (and Slight Modification) Thread

In all honesty I should have bought the Cobra with the 306 and 3550 trans it had, and swapped them into the Fox so it ran and drove. But at the time I was thinking of money savings and that I'd part out the Fox. I'll probably just part it out and see if someone wants the shell for cheap to make...

Nick's "lvndpst" Restoration (and Slight Modification) Thread

I honestly don't plan on much. The IRS springs are a little soft, so I might change them out. Otherwise, I was given long tubes, a prochamber, and Magnaflow catback with the car. Just going to clean the bay, drop in my engine and trans, and hopefully enjoy the driving.

Nick's "lvndpst" Restoration (and Slight Modification) Thread

Man I hear ya. I bought my '89 GT in 2016 because it was a clone of my high school car I regrettably sold. However, being older with a little more disposable income, I couldn't leave it alone, and here it is. Stripped down and in need of quite a bit of attention. Personally, I've never needed...

Nick's "lvndpst" Restoration (and Slight Modification) Thread

The biggest reason for the purchase was time savings. Although disassembly is always faster/easier than assembly, I don't really want to spend the time tearing it apart to sell parts. There's no rush though. I have room for both, so whatever happens happens.
