    From doing some searches on stangnet it seems that alot of people have this same issue on the drivers side cat converter. Little to no clearance. I guess it is just the way they are manufactured.

    That is what I am wondering? I sent a e-mail to magnaflow to find out if a 1/4 inch is OK? OR what they think about it. I believe the cats get hotter than the actual pipe so that is why I am concerned.

    So yours is actually touching the floor board? Doesn't it get really warm or even extremly hot? I have about 1/4 inch of clearance. I was going to look at it tonight. I am thinking maybe part of the catback is pushing it up when you bolt the 2 together.

    Anyone gotten magnaflows and wish they'd gotten....

    I just talked to magnaflow and they said that you can use the #14416 rounds in place of the magnapacks, but they will be loud. This was for an 01 Cobra that is.
