    98 mustang upgrades

As a note, SSX's or RPM's port work will outflow 99+ stock split ports, so that would be a cheaper way to go on the heads.

    GT Suspension upgrade

They aren't the same. GT spring sets have higher rates for the front than V6 sets to allow for a heavier engine.

Service Engine Light - System Too Lean (Bank 2)

If nothing was done to the car, and I'm assuming that was case after reading through your post, the dealer could have just disconnected the battery for 15 minutes while they worked on it, you drove it home, got above 50mph, and shut the car off. That would reset any codes being thrown for...

    GT Suspension upgrade

When I dropped my car 1.3" (Steeda sports and Tokico's), my rear end was a little low (convertible), so I ended up upgrading the upper/lower rear control arms to weight jacking ones. There are also spring seat lifters availalble for the rear as well if cost is a factor. Other than that, get...

    How will this exhaust perform/sound?

Don't bother with the Shorties as the stock headers flow well enough and you won't see any gains, if any. The money you save could go toward a cross over with high flow cats instead. Other than that, the 40's should sound pretty nice.

    where to start?

Lowering Springs. After Market PREMIUM shocks/struts (Ford Bullitt or Tokico, Eibach, etc.). New eurathane bushings, spring seats are a good idea if the originals are worn. Caster/Chamber plates if lowered more than 2". Bump steer kit, but not really required. Steeda X2 or 3 ball joints if...

Ford keys and Fob's are made by Ford. That is what you should be looking for. If it gets too frustrating, I paid $75 for an extra key and FOB from a Ford dealer, includes programming.

    1986 V6 Mustang info needed.

$500 for a longblock isn't a bad price. i'd tear the whole thing down, get it decked and zeroed, balanced, and cleaned up first. I'd use the existing heads and get them port and polished provided there aren't any problems with them. Start with the pistons, crank, and lifters. Get those...
