    will not work the plug in is different. Our computers are very wierd and if the meter is not calibrated correctly you will either run too lean or too rich get one specifically for the car and if you do the A9L swap you do not change meters the plug in to the computer takes care of all that.

    I'm a little wild I use 4.30 gears and a mini spool as well. But with what you are doing the 3.73 should be perfect.

    I used the P heads for a while good head I milled it about.020 used styock rockers and pushrods, E cam, retarded said cam 4 degrees, 4.30 gears , slicks and skinnies and all kinda stuff good for 12.94 pulled real nice up top. stock valve covers and FRPP P headers.

    I am breaking down and putting spray on my car for next year's FFW Street Stang Class I was very close this year and all I need is a 50 shot to get me where I need to be I am about as paranoid as can be seeing I just put a brand new engine in so I will tune and tune some more once I get it in.

    I use a pro 5.0 shifter and a tri ax handle never a problem actually its the best combo I have ever tried after years of racing I like it.

    The one I got had the explorer timing cover and balancer and oil pan and pickup tube. Oh and also the water pump as well.

    Speedo Gear for 4.10s???

    speed cal will not work with our cars and the only speedo gear is the 3.73 one which will make your car a little closer than what ya got it will be off to your favor by about 4 mph or so I run 4.30 gears and mine is off by like 10 - 12 mph in my favor.

    Good thing I work for a valvoline quik lube I get my synthetic for free :D In my everyday car which is an 86 nissan pickup I use Maxlife 10/30 on the race car I use Mobil 1 or Valvoline synthetic.

    sorry to hear about your problems RC I went out and bought a crate engine and installed it myself with new motor mounts and change out the balancer and oil p/u tube and tranny mount cost me right at 4500 bucks.

    don't do it I hate mine install wise but sounds great after you get it in and no leaks thats another thing getting it to stop leaking and no it is not worth 150 bucks I would only give him 100 if that.
