    96 and 97 just require a plastic gear change in the tranmission sender unit. 20 bucks for a T5 I assume they're the same for a T45. 98 Switched over and requires a speedo calibrator or tune adjustment.     I agree... it's a great device just needs the rest of the tech support to go with it. I think I got it working now but I have to fix other problems from my swap to find out if it loaded successfully since my car won't start. :(

    I've been using my buddies comp...mines too old... and I downloaded the Liveload program because it said I needed that for the LL3 files I received. I DL'd that at the thing that said drivers. Installed the liveload and unzipped the drivers files. It keeps giving me a cannot loop back message...

    what components are most stressed when launching hard?

    The entire drivetrain is put under stress... clutch, tranny, driveshaft. The other thing I'd put into consideration if you plan on alot of hard lauches is strengthening your upper and lower torque boxes and possibly subframe connectors. You can buy kits that contain both parts. Jason

    Yes, fits fine. I have a buddy with a 2000 that has one and I just put one in my 97. You just swap the yokes with your stock one.

    Hey guys... just found out there's a difference between the cobra and GT Tailhousings. Can someone tell me where I can get a Cobra crossmember? Also, do I need to drill holes or does it use holes already there? I'm swapping from an auto so I can't use a different tailshaft. Thanks, Jason

    SCT Xcal 2

    From what I understand... the programmer always loads your custom tune... the only thing u can change are the adjustable paramers but it should still load the tune everytime. I played with mine like u did but switched the injectors to #24's and I know it loaded. So, I Think you Should be good...
