    yeah ive heard the same thing about the stock gauges, my car has 80,000 miles on it now and runs fine, but id rather throw some thicker oil in it if it will bring the oil pressure up, when i drive it the oil pressure goes up to the O of the normal but at idle i get scared when i see it dropping.

    you could take out your spare tire or donut and jack, along with anything else in your trunk. Try not to have a whole lot of gas, and don't eat anything the day of the race. Hopefully taking stuff out of the back doesn't make you lose traction.

    If you want to find out if your clutch is ***** then go for a ride. Drive around and lets say you should be in 3rd gear, well put it in 4th so your car is really low in the rpm range, give it a good amount of gas, if the rpm's climb but you don't go anywhere then you know your clutch is shot...

    HA, so I'm selling my car in a few days

    yeah, so I'm selling my stang in a few days, of course I'm buying another one. The thing that sucks is I was driving today and my balljoint broke without notice, what a sour situation to be in.Nothing Like seeing your car sloped to one side on the side of the rode.
