    I don't subscribe to any of them. If I see an issue on the rack I like I'll pick it up, but there's no way I'll subscribe to any of them. A lot of them are so poorly edited that they can be painful to read.

    I bought one of those $12 small scale Nikko RC cars from Radioshack a while back... a Ferrari Enzo I think... and it had enough power to do donuts on my desk (slick surface), but gradually the motor lost power and it couldn't do it anymore. :(

    Yeah but those insurance policies won't cover you in an on-track accident. They're really meant to insure against damage to the race car while it's in storage or transit, or in the event of theft.

    That's too bad. They got a lot of my business when I still had my '03. I always remember them to be really kind and courteous... Usually put my orders in over the phone and had them the next day. Perhaps the increased sales volume over the years has taken a toll on customer service? :shrug:

    Hmmm... a dremel and lots of patience, perhaps? I wonder how that would work out. It would lose some structural integrity and would probably need a repaint, but I suppose you could add a wire frame behind the grill to reinforce it.

    I really don't like that hood, but man, I've got to think that car would look freaking intimidating if I saw it in my rear view mirror. The grille looks great, and I agree with you that it takes some noise away and creates a much cleaner look.
