    you got to work with your tuner on this, agree to change to the plugs he suggests and then make him dig further if it doesn't go away. I doubt if it is your cats, but it could be your tune is a little off.

    You are correct sir! the first too high temp in the table is 150*, but how much (if any at all) is actually pulled is totally configurable. On that run I saw max spark in 4th of only 20.8*, where normally on a cool run that would be 23.0-23.8*, even in third I only saw 23.0* (instead of 23.8*)...

    Most I have spoken with and that had done it themselves, swear by the SLP kit. The Hurst seems to work fine as well, but it might not be the best fit for an 03-04, any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated I have to order one and slap it on, getting sick of the hit or miss...

    no, it just ups the voltage to the pumps and over-drives them. they supposedly have an un-tapped capacity, but it must wear them out quicker, dunno but I know I need one for my 04, I'm at 98% capacity and can't add more power until I do the BAP. - 04_snake
